Well, burgers are fine and location good but the operation is super inefficient. Perhaps they are just understaffed? The other cafes at the Grove are great--not sure why left coast is sooooooo...

Terrible food. Terrible service. Waited 30 mins for our food. Had to remind the cashier we'd been waiting so long. Then our food came in under 2 mins. When food came, everything was over cooked....

Soggy burger bun. Over salted French Fries. Charges a dollar extra for cheese substitutions for the cheeseburger. Give me a break!
