I would not recommend living at The Linc. I lived at Linc301 for 2 years, half of which was living hell due to my upstairs neighbors. When I first moved in, my apartment was not move-in ready....

I've LOVED living at the Linc. Amazing staff, clean well kept building, no sketchy people living here. Maintenance was quick when I needed them which was probably only once. Apartments are nice...

Haven't quite moved in yet, but Ashley is the greatest! Seriously, smoothest apartment hunt I've ever had --especially in Portland where things can be a bit cumbersome. Excited for the new journey...
