Holy Cannoli!! Yum! Is this the best pizza in Portland? Very possibly. If you're into thin crust, authentic tasting, flavorful pizza, this food truck for you. Honestly, I'm not much of a fan...

Better then expected. Had the flying truck out for a graduation event. The truck itself is so fun to have. Brett's ancient grain dough is out of this world. I seriously ate every flavor he made...

The Margarita Pizza was really good. Nice balanced flavor and a great crust. Although all the toppings on the Amore Di Maiale were tasty, all of the meats combined on on one pizza made it too...
