Mindy's Hair Affair is a humble, but quality, hair salon in the first couple minutes of South Corvallis. Men's haircut prices are without question reasonable.

Absolutely a horrible experience. The owner is very friendly and nice but doesn't know how to cut hair. I been here twice and I hated my hair afterward. Prices are great but Poor quality haircuts....
