I just recently stopped using OC Cab, for following reason. I have used them quite a bit but my last 6 trips I have been charged anywhere from 12 to 17 dollars to go from Fred Meyers to my home....

Dispatcher was completely rude and hung up on me as I called back after asking if the driver was coming. He said he had already came by. I was at a restaurant and no call or show up from a driver....

Came speeding on our cul de sac driving as fast as 50 miles an hour with kids playing basketball on the street. I called the owner and he couldn't care less and said they were qualified drivers...
