Founded in 1977, Oceana Natural Foods Co-op is a full-service supermarket. It is a cooperative enterprise, democratically controlled by people who have a direct stake in the co-op. Oceana Natural Foods Co-op offers local and artisan foods and a selection of natural health and body care products, including vitamins, supplements, and homeopathic and herbal remedies. Oceana Natural Foods Co-op provides a variety of meat, dairy products, general merchandise, beer and wines, bakery items, and organic and natural food. Its deli items include fresh baked goods, sandwiches, soups, salads, entrees and desserts. Oceana Natural Foods Co-op supports local farmers and producers and extends grants for educational initiatives. It has more than 1,000 members and is located in Newport, Ore.

Oceana makes the quality of my life as a vegan on the Oregon coast 1000 times better. Absolutely love this 70s style health food store like I grew up in California.

Only place in town to get a variety of organic and bulk foods. Prices are a bit high.

If you want to spend a lot of money then this is the place for you. Their prices are very high and their attitude is too. I suggest you go to Fred Meyer instead and avoid the attitude.
