The Yamhill County CASA Program (YC CASA) is a non-profit organization based in McMinnville, Oregon, dedicated to advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children under the jurisdiction of the court. Since its establishment in 1992, YC CASA has recruited, trained, and supported volunteers who serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) for children in dependency cases, striving to reduce the time spent in foster care while prioritizing the well-being of the children.
