Pacific Northwest College of Art, located in Portland, Ore., grants bachelor of fine arts degrees in painting, communication design, illustration, photography, printmaking, sculpture and intermedia, and also provides continuing education in the arts to the local community. Established in 1909, the college offers certificate programs in fine arts, graphic design and illustration. The college is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art & Design and Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. It is affiliated with the Association of Independent Colleges of Art & Design, Association of American College, American Council on Education and Oregon Independent College Association. Pacific Northwest College of Art also offers various community programs, including precollege, outreach and youth programs.

This place was so great! I went to the Pioneer Nation conference here and it was a wonderful event space- not too big, not too small, and easy to get to via rail/walking.
