The Pongo Fund is Oregon's only full-time charity dedicated to combating animal hunger by providing emergency pet food assistance to individuals in honest need. Their mission focuses on keeping families together and protecting beloved pets from the suffering caused by starvation, surrender, or abandonment.
At the heart of The Pongo Fund is The Pet Food Bank, a volunteer-driven warehouse stocked with nutritious dog and cat food ready to be shared with those temporarily unable to feed their pets. Since its inception, the organization has provided over 34 million meals and assisted more than 211,000 vulnerable animals in the community.
