In 2003 I chose the bussiness name Rain or Shine simply because i felt it would express my dedication to providing timely, dependable and quality workmanship.Rain or Shine believes in giving back to the community and thru out we have offered services without charge to a number of good causes form the Recovery community, to transitional housing as well as cat and dog rescue.
