Founded in 1957, TOSOH Quartz is a subsidiary of TOSOH Corporation, which manufactures inorganic materials, petrochemicals and related specialty products. TOSOH Quartz manufactures plasma tubes, insulators, bell jars, clamping rings, collars, liners, domes and inserts in addition to a range of glassware products for the semiconductor industry. The company's brands include TELFORMULAT, IRad and TELINDY. It offers various services, including product design, engineering, custom molding, quality control, specialty packaging, customer support and technical assistance. It employs more than 200 individuals. The company has a more than 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. TOSOH Quartz has one of its offices located in Portland, Ore.
