History

It started in 1974 by founder Larry Simmons, it was initially a one man operation selling out of Larry's apartment. Soon after the startup, Larry was contracted by Kansas City Life. Things quickly began to move forward and Simmons moved into their first office building and began hiring more agents. In 1989, the company moved into a new building on Main Street. This location is still the main Hermiston branch.
