SPARC For over 30 years, SPARC has provided Vocational Services to the community and supported people with developmental disabilities by offering them numerous job opportunities. Stepping Stone Residential Services Persons involved in our residential programs can select services that match their individual needs and preferences. Services include, but are not limited to, support with finances, budgeting, health, nutrition, shopping, counseling with personal concerns, access to medical care, recreation, leisure, personal care, employment, and coordination with community resources. Staff provides residents with individualized attention and facilitate the development of meaningful relationships with people in the community.
