They do not repair Keens. I'm not sure they are still in business at all.I called for a repair on my favorite shoes and they could not help me. I don't have any experience to report here.

I thoroughly enjoy frequenting this establishment; however, it is regrettable to note that they have ceased offering shoe repair services.

A nice place to shop but they do not do boot repair anymore. They don't have a cobbler or plan on getting one.
