Tilikum Crossing, Bridge of the People is a cable-stayed bridge in Portland, Oregon, designed by TriMet for its MAX Orange Line light rail trains, city buses, and the Portland Streetcar, as well as for cyclists, pedestrians, and emergency vehicles.
Opened in 2015, the bridge does not allow private cars or trucks, making it the first major bridge in the U.S. designed exclusively for transit vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians, connecting the city's South Waterfront area to the Central Eastside district.
