Absolute terrible customer service from the bankers here. They double book appointments and have no courtesy of letting you know but expect you to wait with no explanation

I went in to open an account. They said I couldn't open an account because there was no "banker" there. Huh? Who IS there then? It's ridiculous. I was told I would have to "make an appointment."...
