Dr. John Rinaldi is an Orthopaedic Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon who specializes in the evaluation and management of upper extremity conditions in adults and children including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. He earned his undergraduate and medical degree at Penn State, graduating with distinction from Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society. He then completed orthopaedic surgery residence at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He scored in the top 100th percentile on his national orthopaedic in-training examinations for 3 consecutive years. Dr. Rinaldi completed his Hand, Upper Extremity, and Microsurgery fellowship under the direction of Dr. Glenn Gaston at the prestigious OrthoCarolina Hand Center in Charlotte, NC. A significant portion of his fellowship was dedicated to brachial plexus, congenital hand, and complex peripheral nerve surgery. Dr. Rinaldi sees patients of all ages.

Ryan Hughes, PT, DPTRyan Hughes, PT, DPT, is an outpatient physical therapist specializing in treating neurological and vestibular conditions. His clinical interests include managing conditions such as Parkinsons Disease and multiple sclerosis, as well as vestibular disorders like BPPV and vestibular hypofunction. Dr. Hughes is skilled in performing the Epley maneuver and other canalith repositioning techniques to help patients resolve BPPV.Dr. Hughes earned his Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science and his Doctor of Physical Therapy, both from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is LSVT BIG certified, a specialized exercise program for patients with Parkinsons disease. He is dedicated to customizing care by truly listening to his patients and being honest about their expected recovery, ensuring that each patient is treated with respect. Dr. Hughes welcomes patients ages 18 to 90.
