In 2012, I purchased a food truck and explored many festivals throughout NEPA. The demand for catering greatly exceeded the food truck business so I shifted into small catering events and sold the food truck. My prior business name was Cruisin' Cuisine by Christine. In early 2017 my husband and I partnered up with my brother and sister in law. We purchased a large commercial property that was once a restaurant in Lehighton, PA.
