Drove to the Springfield mall to go to Bath and Body on August 21st to find it closed.. Lights were on in store. No reason why it was closed in the middle of the day.. Really disappointed.

i have came to this mall for years and always had good experiences until today when the cashier named Alaina was very rude to me , i may never come back to this location sadly .

A 5 star review of the customer service I received from Juanita at the Springfield Mall location. I needed to return an item and was able to do so without any fuss or quibbling. Very happy!
