The Sight Center, a non-profit agency located in Erie County, has been serving the community for 85+ years. Our seven-county service area includes: Erie, Warren, Jefferson, Elk, Cameron, McKean, and Potter Counties.The mission of the Sight Center is to prevent blindness and promote independence for those losing their vision and those who are blind. Service Coordination Unlimited (SCU) is a leading provider of high-quality, person-centered services and case management for individuals with physical disabilities, intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and seniors in Erie, PA. With a team of experienced service coordinators and supports coordinators, SCU is dedicated to helping participants live independently and actively participate in their communities, in line with the mission of the Department of Human Services. SCU coordinates services within various waiver programs and the Pennsylvania Act 150 program, offering individualized support and resources to ensure safe, healthy, and meaningful lives for all Pennsylvanians.
