Founded in 2015, Cambodian American Girls Empowering (CAGE) is dedicated to creating safe spaces for the exploration of Cambodian American arts, culture, and identities in the Philadelphia region. The organization supports the community by offering free and low-cost programming, advocating for justice, and amplifying Cambodian American voices in various spaces. CAGE provides a range of services, including public and private performances of Cambodian classical and folk dances, workshops focused on arts culture and community organizing, and weekly dance classes in collaboration with the Cambodian Association of Greater Philadelphia.
