Founded in 1998 and incorporated in 2002, the offices of J. Thomas & Associates, LLC. (JTA Consultants) a minority owned and operated firm is headquartered within the heart of the City of Philadelphia and operates offices in San Francisco and Atlanta with Associates throughout the United States and Canada. In July 2010, we developed our model Performance Coaching division entitled Coach2C.R.E.A.T.E™ (Causing Really Extraordinarily Amazing Things Everywhere) and to date have effectively provided over 5,000 hours of services to clients from a variety of backgrounds and careers. 3 years later, ICoachU™ our professional Coaches Training Program was designed to provide clients who desired to enter the industry or expand their existing practice with a proven system for developing themselves as professional coaches!
