Rohan Venida, DO, is a primary care sports medicine physician. He specializes in sports rehabilitation, biomechanics, tendinopathies, and osteoarthritis treatment for patients looking to restore function and improve quality of life. Dr. Venida is highly skilled in performing ultrasound-guided procedures, including corticosteroid and platelet-rich plasma injections, viscosupplementation, tendon debridement, nerve hydrodissections, trigger point injections, and osteopathic manipulative treatment. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Venida is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. Dr. Venida welcomes patients ages 8 and older. Dr. Venida’s practice philosophy emphasizes the body’s natural ability to heal itself. He addresses biomechanical factors contributing to pain or dysfunction and offers non-surgical treatments to delay or prevent surgery.
