Capital Tax Collection Bureau

Capital Tax Collection Bureau is a nonprofit corporation, comprising Pennsylvania municipalities and school districts from Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata and Perry counties. Each member municipality and school district appoints a representative director to its governing board that meets five times per year to conduct business. The bureau's main function is to administer and collect local earned income and net profit tax. It also collects and administrates occupational privilege tax for various municipalities and school districts. The bureau provides full-service delinquent collection for all taxes and various other computer services for its members. Capital Tax Collection Bureau is located in Harrisburg, Pa.
