I love this gym. It has every piece of gym equipment you could ask for. The personal trainers are great. The $65/month fee is very reasonable. Some get it free depending on their insurance....

The Center for Fitness and Health has more than 40,000 square feet of space with a complete fitness center along with the medical resources and technologies of a hospital. Our facility includes expansive strength and cardiovascular training area, two group fitness studios, a rubberized Indoor Walking/Running Track and a Four-lane, 75-Foot Lap Pool and Aquatic Therapy Pool. The Center for Fitness and Health has spacious Locker Rooms with Saunas and lounge areas, massage therapy and babysitting services.

The facility hasn't changed in the last ten years. It smells kinda sorta. The pool does he's a lot of chlorine so be mindful of what suit you use. The showers are basic and most of the staff...
