Very unhelpful. More concerned about a small curse word than helping somebody whose love one has died. Don't deal with this bank, they are too big to care about people.

Been with this bank since 2008. Debit card hacked (4 times) the bank sends me an alert, cancels the card but that's not my problem. So the items were fraud and citizens made me wait 10 business...
