Ever since I started there. They were nice to me.But then all of a sudden, they were fucking sketchy the one lady carrie charged me $360 a month and it was not guaranteed, getting your money back....

When it first opened everything was cleaned and in working order .Sauna is rarely cleaned, short staffed in am. Machines take forever to fix
