Big Spring High School offers a variety of academic and co-curricular programs to students. It serves provides educational programs that include college preparatory education, business management, computer applications and agriculture. The other programs include employment and family life education, and vocational and technical education and training. The school has a student council that organizes various fundraising events and charity programs. It also involves students in co-curricular activities, such as Pennies for Patients program and peer helper groups. The school has several facilities , including a media center, cafeteria and library, and computer and science laboratories.
