KeyStone Research Corporation ( KSRC ) 1, located in northwest Pennsylvania, is a research and consulting organization incorporated in 1980. KSRC is a woman-owned business enterprise certified by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services. KSRC provides expertise to organizations throughout the United States, enabling them to link research, policy, and practice.
