I was in the drive thru line waiting to place my order. There was a gentlemen pulled off to the side of the line having car trouble. I saw the owner of the Dunkin' Donuts come out to speak to him....

This worker is the worst in the world He can't even get a simple order as coffee milk 3 sugers right He rather let a bunch of teenagers hang out in the store He needs to be retrained definitely...

They didn't get my order right and this was after I waited for 10 minutes and my drink had been just sitting there. I had to ask them to check on it.

The service is excellent, and I think the food is really good. You should try the bacon side order. It's a savory order. Very very tasty. I highly recommend this business.

I'll lead with that I enjoy the quick service at this Dunkin Donuts location. However, I would respectfully ask the management to discuss a few items with their employees. 1. Hearing laughing...
