History
Elements was started by the inspiration to bring wellness, moments peace and mindfulness to the local community. Elements has expanded over the past 6 years, by sharing weekly community classes for students of all ages and levels of wellness and through the offering of private sessions, corporate stress reduction programs and other special community events upon request! Most recently Elements has moved to a quiet, wooded setting where all studio classes and healing sessions will be held.
Specialties
Elements Yoga and Wellness offers natural approaches for living well through mind-body practices including: Group and Private Sessions in Yoga, Meditation, and Breath Work; Mindfulness and Yoga Education for Children, Educators & Caregivers; Herbal and Essential Oil Consultations; and Reiki Sessions. All classes are guided by an intention of personalized wellness through meeting each client where they are currently at physically, mentally and emotionally. Yoga and Mindfulness students are guided in how to use yoga props, verbal cues, intuition and breathing so that each session becomes a personal exploration of self-awareness and experiencing greater feelings of peace and well-being.
