Had a bad experience. They cost us an additional $250 because they didn't give us proper instructions. When signing papers they had wrong name on it after 2 employees fact checked. Go somewhere else.

They are crooks. They will not allow you to close without buying title insurance, otherwise they have an exorbitant cost to have them do closing. Their title work is slow and misses stuff even on...
