The business was established in 1936 by Wilbur W. Person as an insurance agency. In 1969 his son, Wilbur G. Person, ventured into real estate appraising and received his certification as a Residential and General Real Estate Appraiser in 1991 and 1992, respectfully. Wilbur G.'s son, William J. Person, joined the company in 1993 as an apprentice to his father and received his Residential Real Estate Appraiser certification in 1997. In 2003 he was then certified as a General Real Estate Appraiser. William has since inherited the business upon the death of Wilbur G. Person in 2011. Call for appointments after hours
