They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When I bought my new kit they took the time to show me how the mod works. The different combinations to get the menu on and lock the wattage buttons....

Biggest loser employee ever!! Was buying my friend (42 years old) his vape juice and was saying how I didn't know all the info because I don't vape. He wouldn't sell it to me!!! Get a life loser....
