Grove, Jr. and the agrarian and land use practices of Samuel S. Wenger and M. Elvin Byler. Today, Blakinger, Byler & Thomas, P.C., continues the practice of legal services for individuals, businesses, governmental bodies, and community organizations dating back to the 1930s.
