Swartz Tai Chi consists of 37 postures executed in slow continuous motion. The various postures allow the practitioner to exercise the joints of the body through their full range of movement while maintaining proper body alignment. The body remains relaxed, the muscles never working against one another allowing the force of gravity to exercise the body.
