Friendly Apartments Founder Mr. Shamsher Bahadhur Tandon (in short, SBT) single handedly started this small apartment business nearly 40 years ago. Since then, with several years of real estate experience and a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering in hand, and his wife, Mrs. Brij Tandon working alongside him as President of the Corporation (UACT Associates Corporation), Friendly Apartments has become a well respected and highly trusted establishment. A true testament to this is the fact that SBT calls himself not Landlord, but Land servant, as he feels he exists to serve his clients. SBT also runs the non-profit organization Vivo-Forto (
