General Louis Wagner Middle School

Wagner Middle School provides a variety of learning opportunities and extracurricular activity programs for students. The school serves more than 700 students in grades six through eight. It offers classes in math, and reading. Wagner Middle School also provides counseling and guidance sessions. The school maintains a library that offer a range of print and electronic resources. It also provides opportunities for students to participate in a range of sports activities, such as basketball, softball cheerleading, soccer, baseball, and track and field. Wagner Middle School also maintains art, drama, knitting and newspaper clubs for students. The school is governed by The School District of Philadelphia, which additionally manages various elementary, middle and high schools.
