Dr. Eid, specializes in minimally invasive general surgical techniques and is renowned for introducing and evaluating new techniques and modalities for minimally invasive surgery with particular expertise in bariatric (weight-loss) surgery and dedication to patient care. Dr. Eid is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is experienced in the newer bariatric surgery technique of vertical sleeve gastrectomy, as well as Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery. In addition to bariatric surgery, he also specializes in revision surgeries, laparoscopic hernia repair including sports hernias, the surgical treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, including gastric resection, laparoscopic anti-reflux surgery.. Dr. Eid received his medical training at the American University of Beirut and completed a general surgery internship and residency at the University of Iowa. He also completed a minimally invasive surgical fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Eid has been appointed to numerous faculty positions throughout the Pittsburg area. He is accepting patients 15 years and older.

She has served Chair of the Board of Directors of the Lupus Foundation of America and currently serves as their Medical Director. Dr. Manzi has been recognized by the NIH for her outstanding mentorship of medical students, residents, graduate students and faculty.
