I don't have a rating because I have never been able to enter the facility to actually see my child so I actually even called to get an update on him I'll because my daughter lied in the courts...

Place is/was full of mole and had bugs when my brother was in there. The staff was uncaring . Lastly they stole his manual wheel chair and I had to threaten them to return his motorized wheelchair...

Not happy with the care my fiancee recieved while in for rehab. Nurses didn't respond to call button, left him laying in bed in dirty "conditions", and were NOT putting the patients needs first....

The employees run hot and cold sometimes very helpful and at other times deaf to the pleas of the patients. Facility is thoroughly filthy and totally without hygiene ...sticky floors from urine...
