The Foundation for Health Equity (F4HE) is dedicated to ensuring that every individual in Northwest Philadelphia has a fair opportunity to achieve optimal health, regardless of their background or financial status. With a focus on combating food insecurity and addressing critical health needs, F4HE has invested over $10 million through more than 500 strategic grants, positively impacting nearly 700,000 residents over the past two decades.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, F4HE remains committed to improving health outcomes through its three primary focus areas: healthy aging, hunger and food insecurity, and women and children's health.
