FROM PROTOTYPE TO PRODUCTION Keystone Precision Machining is an outstanding supplier of precision-machined parts for a wide variety of industries including defense contractors. Our 13 employees run modern CNC turning and milling centers producing parts from ferrous and non-ferrous metals and plastics. We're known for the quality parts that we produce six days a week from our 7000 sq. ft. facility located in North Wales, Pennsylvania, 25 miles north of Philadelphia. We've grown significantly in the last few years and have expanded our capacity with the addition of two new CNC milling centers and one new CNC lathe. We take quality very seriously and, over the years, have maintained the highest quality ratings with our customers. Some of our most demanding customers have designated us certified supplier which means our machined parts go directly to their stock or production line.

R.E.P. Industries, Inc ( REP ) was acquired by Richard E. Penniman in 1967. At that time the company manufactured filters, checkwriters and miscellaneous house ware products. Richard Penniman was trained as an accountant ( Lehigh University ) and as an attorney ( University of Pennsylvania ). Richard had worked in the construction industry, and as a controller for a large printer. One of his dreams was to start a family business which he could pass on to his sons. In 1989 Richard passed the business on to his oldest son Craig and his younger brother Scott. Craig retired in 1994 after a long battle with Muscular Dystrophy. Scott continued on as President of REP Industries. In July of 2000 R.E.P. Industries achieved certification as an ISO 9001 corporation. ISO is an internationally recognized quality standard, and with this certification R.E.P. became one of a small number of binder manufacturers who are certified. REP is a manufacturing corporation formed in 1967. The corporation exists to serve three groups of people: Customers, Employees and Shareholders.
