This Hampton inn is right by I-79 and is about 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. The rooms and hotel look very modern and new. The rooms have a quiet AC, compact shelves and a comfortable bed....

Desk staff upon check in acted like I was at the wrong hotel even though she asked for my ID. I felt like that was not a good way to handle things. Should have looked up my reservation by name....

This is a nice property with updated room furnishings. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a good job clean the room each day. Breakfast was good and when in a rush...

Won't let anyone check in before 3. Bus leaves for wedding at 3:15. Lousy customer service. Their "process" is pathetic. All rooms ready at 3. Makes no sense. Go to the doubletree...
