The Kirby Health Center Laboratory is certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection ( DEP ) ( Lab # 40-00115 ) for the analysis of drinking water, non-potable water, and solid waste. Rural Health Corporation in Northeastern Pennsylvania provides medical and dental care for all ages at 12 locations, including Nuremberg and Wilkes-Barre. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, it offers van transport, a sliding fee scale for eligible patients, in-house labs, and a 340B pharmacy for discounted medications.
