Zero stars. This place is a joke. They're apparently connected to 1800Flowers. My order was never delivered even after two attempts to call and correct the issue. Their staff are rude and hung up...

Don't buy your Christmas trees here. They sold me a dried up tree that wouldn't take up water, and they refused to give me another.
