Lots of employees but incredibly slow service. Had two bagels with butter and a bagel sandwich. Buttered bagels were cold, butter wasn't butter and also wasn't melted. $26 seems really...

Bagels were ok but service was really lacking even though there were not many customers There was no regular coffee and since I already paid for it, I drank decaf instead
