Khalid J Malik, MD

Rajashekar Adurty, MD, FCCP, FACP Dr. Rajashekar Adurty, MD, FCCP, FACP, is a pulmonary and critical care specialist. He has clinical expertise in managing conditions such as COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial lung diseases, and hypersensitivity pneumonitis. Dr. Adurty also specializes in pulmonary hypertension, lung cancer, and lung conditions related to high altitude and diving. He provides preoperative pulmonary clearance and advanced treatments for lung infections, including COVID pneumonia, as well as hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Dr. Adurty is skilled in advanced procedures such as navigation bronchoscopy, transbronchial biopsy, endobronchial ultrasound, and various catheter placements. He went to medical school at Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, India, with advanced training in general surgery at the same institution. He completed his residency at UPMC McKeesport. Dr Adurty did fellowships in pulmonary and critical care medicine at UPMC Presbyterian and AHN Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is board-certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, neurocritical care, and internal medicine. Dr. Adurty welcomes patients ages 18 and older.

Dr. Baser treats patients with Parkinsons disease, tremor, dystonia, Huntingtons chorea, involuntary movements, and chorea. She is a skilled diagnostician with a special clinical interest in movement disorders. She was recognized as one of the Best Doctors in Pittsburgh by Pittsburgh Magazine from 2003 to 2019, and a Top Doctor from 2003-2019. She was also the grand prize winner at the Neuro Film Festival AAN in 2018, Patient Choice Award. Dr. Baser received her medical degree from Loyola University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. She completed a residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She furthered her training with a fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. She speaks English.

Perry J Tiberio, MD, PhD Perry Tiberio, MD, PhD, is a pulmonary and critical care medicine physician with AHN Medicine Institute, skilled at endobronchial ultrasound, pleural procedures, lung cancer, COPD, asthma, critical care, and interstitial lung disease. Dr. Tiberio earned his undergraduate degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh, followed by his M.D. and Ph.D. from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. His doctoral research centered on developing innovative vaccination delivery systems aimed at preventing the spread of HIV. He completed his residency at Yale University where he implemented an HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis clinical program. Most recently, Dr. Tiberio completed his fellowship at UPMC, where his research focused on sedation practices in critically ill, ventilated patients with a prior history of substance use disorder. Dr. Tiberio has authored numerous publications, received several teaching and research awards, and has presented his work at regional, national and international conferences. Dr. Tiberio is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. He is excited to join the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care at Allegheny Health Network, where he will continue to pursue his passion in medical education and his love for clinical care, with a particular interest in ICU delirium, sedation of ventilated patients, and post-intensive care syndrome. Dr. Tiberio is looking forward to caring for adult patients throughout the greater Pittsburgh area.
