The Laurel Health System is a nonprofit, integrated health and human services organization. The system manages Laurel Wellness Centers, which offers occupational health and community fitness services to people in Blossburg and Knoxville in Pennsylvania. It provides inpatient and outpatient mental health services through Laurel Behavioral Health. The Laurel Health System also offers health education classes on medical issues. The system manages the Spinal Rehabilitation & Work Center. In addition, it provides the Early Head Start program to pregnant women. The system offers acute care services at Soldiers + Sailors Memorial Hospital. It manages The Green Home, which is a skilled nursing facility that provides long-term care services.
