Lord Contractors, Incorporated was founded by Kenneth S. Lord as a Pennsylvania subchapter S corporation and has operated as a general contracting, construction management and real estate development company for over 35 years. Since the inception, the company has successfully executed numerous projects for educational, private institutional, commercial and residential clients. Our philosophy is straightforward and our approach is hands-on. For each project we professionally interface with the architect and owner to ensure proper drawing interpretation and execution of construction details by all sub-trades. In addition to our general contractor and construction management services, we can assist you with design, sustainable and green building, owner's representation, real estate development and land purchase. We are located in Montgomery County, PA and also service Bucks County, Chester County, Delaware County, Philadelphia and the surrounding tri area.
