What has happened to this Lowes ??? In general, I am a big Lowes fan, and this location used to be one of my favorites after moving into the area a few years ago. A solid 4 or even 5 stars....

Went to buy a $1600 log splitter. none would even start. no one knew how to start them left without purchasing imagine a store selling a $1600 item that doesn't work ...AT THE STORE?

Poor customer service. Brought freezer from Lowe's. Was told the day before it would be delivered . Next day waited all day at home .Called store at 5:30 pm when person told me i was rescheduled...
